Objective:
Create a user-friendly web application that transforms research papers (PDF, Word, LaTeX) into visually engaging summaries, making it easier for researchers to share their work on social media and reach broader audiences.
Key Deliverables:
1. Core Application:
• Front-end UI for uploading papers
• Backend parsing to extract main points, figures, conclusions
2. Visual Summaries:
• Convert content into infographics
• Include branding options (colors, fonts, logos)
3. Social Media Output:
• Export images or short videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Auto-generate captions or brief summaries
4. Usability & Feedback:
• Intuitive interface requiring minimal technical skill
• Gather user feedback to refine output and experience
5. Performance & Scalability:
• Deploy on Vercel or V0, implement CI/CD
6. Documentation & Tutorials:
• Provide user guides, FAQs, and tutorial videos
• Developer docs for maintenance and enhancements

Technical Skills:
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, possibly React/Next.js
• Backend & Parsing: Integrate APIs/libraries
• Deployment: Familiarity with Vercel or V0
• Design & Visualization: Ability to create simple, appealing graphics

Success Criteria:
• A working prototype generating polished visual summaries from uploaded papers
• Positive researcher feedback indicating improved sharing
• A stable platform adoptable by various researchers
